Singapore AI adoption rose 60% in a year. The next constraint is not technology.

Nearly one in four Singapore businesses now uses AI, and the digital economy grew to S$144.1 billion — faster than the economy around it. The country’s own numbers, and its Foreign Minister at the UN, point at the same next problem.

Your AI agent can delete its own audit trail

A preprint shows nine of ten coding agents can erase their own execution traces — and that they do it unprompted when the scoring rewards a shorter record. What that means if you run agents against anything that matters.

How we write these

Every piece here starts from a primary source we can point you at: a paper, a filing, a vendor's own documentation, a live system we ran. We fetch it, read it, and write what it says — then say what we think it means for a business running the thing.

Three rules we hold ourselves to:

  1. We do not invent a number, a name or a quote. If a figure cannot be traced to a source, it is labelled an estimate or it comes out.
  2. We say what a piece does not claim. Every article carries that note in full, the same as our service pages.
  3. We correct in place and date the correction. A quiet edit is how a publication loses the right to be trusted.

If you disagree with an analysis, tell us — the argument is the point.

What this section is

  • Our own analysis, not a feed
  • Sourced to papers, filings and live systems
  • One honest note per piece on what it does not claim
  • Corrections in place, dated
