Accounting Verification

Accounting verification covers revenue, profit and loss, and the operational records behind them — reconciled by machine, with the exceptions surfaced instead of buried.

What it does

The system reads from the accounting file that is authoritative for your business, reconciles it against the operational record that should agree with it, and prints what it cannot explain. It never writes a computed figure into the record: the identity is the ledger's own number, and anything derived is labelled as derived.

Why the direction of the check matters

When a reconciliation disagrees, the ledger is right and the parse is the suspect. We treat a large discrepancy as a bug in our own reading before we ever present it as a finding — which is why the figures that reach you have already survived that assumption.

Illustrative rows. The real run uses your ledger as truth and reports its own unexplained remainder.

What this page does not claim: Illustrative rows. The real reconciliation runs against your own ledger and reports its unexplained remainder rather than rounding it away.
